It’s back - the World Cup of Poker (WCP)VIII is here!
How would you like to represent your country and play poker in The Bahamas for the chance to walk away with a share of a $290,000 prize pool?
STAGE 1 - Qualify for your National Team
If you win one of our Freeroll, $1 or $11 qualifiers, you’ll earn a place on the team. A ‘Rest of the World’ qualifying route available to any nations not covered individually.
National Team Qualifiers take place on August 20 - 21.

STAGE 2 - Regional Playoffs
National teams will compete against neighbouring countries for a place at the live Grand Final.
Regional Playoff tourneys will take place on August 27 - 28.
You can find all of these tourneys under the 'Events' > 'World Cup'* tab. Please check the PokerStars software for tourney start times in your region.
STAGE 3 - The Live Final
Qualify for the live Grand Final and you’ll receive a package to the PCA 2012 in The Bahamas to battle for the $100,000 first prize!
