Whenever I'm too busy

Often times, I'm too busy to get to the gym. The number one motivator to me in being great with women is feeling good physically which transfers to a happy mentality.

I was looking for something quick and easy to do without having to take up so much time as going to the gym everyday. I usually make an effort to get cally to the gym at least 3 days a week.
